NORESTER 880/2

NORESTER 880/2 is an ortho DCPD laminating resin specially designed for fire resistance.
NORESTER 880/2 is recommended to produce laminates by hand lay up or in compaction.
NORESTER 880/2 is thixotropic, pre-accelerated, charged and white.
NORESTER 880/2 does not contain halogen neither antimony.
NORESTER 880/2 has very good fibre wetting and impregnation properties.
NORESTER 880/2 decreases styrene emissions during application.

Certificates:
- HL2 R1-R7 (thickness = 4 mm) with GEL COAT 886 according to Norm EN 45545.
- BS2d0 (thickness = 4 mm) with GEL COAT 886 according to Norm EN 13501.
- OMI floor cover (thickness = 3.5 mm) with GEL COAT 886 according to OMI requirements.

Main information:
Fire retardant resin.
Thixotropic, non pre-accelerated product.
Low styrene emission upon application.
Halogen and oxide antimony free.
The resin NORESTER 880/2 THIXO PA answers to the following classifications when use with the Gel Coat :
HL2 required R1 with GEL COAT 886 according to the norm EN 45545
IMO certification with GEL COAT 886 for floor coverings.

GEL COAT 184 SPRAY

Fire retardant Gel Coat,
Thixotropic and pre-accelerated product,
Colour tones: Check with the Technical Department. Gloss and olding are lower than a standard polyester gel coat.
Available in Non-accelerated version (NPA) under the reference GEL COAT 184 NON ACCELERATED,
Available in Brush version under the reference GEL COAT 184 BRUSH,
Exists in Top Coat version under the reference TOP COAT 184 et TOP COAT 184 BRUSH,
The GEL COAT 184 answers to the following Classifications when use with
the indicated resin :

                                M1F1 with NORESTER 83
                                OMI (floor) with NORESTER 83

High quality gel coat with good UV resistance and good ageing qualities,

in a High resistance to abrasion version,

GEL COAT 199 SPRAY

The GEL COAT 199 is a thixotropic and accelerated polyester product formulated with Iso NPG resin.
The GEL COAT 199 is recommended for applications which require fire retardant classification.
The GEL COAT 199 is halogen free and has a good resistance to hydrolysis and UV.

Versions:
Available in Pre-accelerated version, Internal release agent version and LGT version,
Available in Brush version under the reference GEL COAT 199 BRUSH,
Waxed version according to the reference TOP COAT 199 SPRAY.
Abrasion Resistance according to the reference GEL COAT 199 SPRAY - HRA

GEL COAT 886 SPRAY

GELCOAT 886 is formulated from polyester resin for spray application.
Gel Coat 886 is thixotropic and pre-accelerated.
It is filled and suitable for application which requires fire retardant classification.
Gel Coat 886 is available in brush version: GEL COAT 886 BRUSH.
Waxed version according to the reference TOP COAT 886 SPRAY.
Internal Release Agent according to the reference GD 886 SPRAY.
