Chromat is a trade name for decorative chips used in a variety of applications including the casting of solid surface products. The chips are made from NPG Isophtalic resin, a blend of Aluminium Trihydrate and pigments free from heavy metals. The mixture is then fully cured at temperatures above 160°C to provide a highly resilient and stable product.
