NORESTER 13157-15 is an orthophalic based unsaturated polyester resin dissolved into styrene specially designed for filament winding.
NORESTER 13157-15 is no thixotropic and does not contain any wax, paraffin and catalysis indicator.
The special chemical composition of NORESTER 13157-15 guarantees a high compatibility with fiberglass.
The low viscosity of the resin guarantees fast and complete air release.
NORESTER 13157-15 has medium-high exothermal peak and good reactivity.
The mechanical properties of NORESTER 13157-15 are good.

Pultrusion
Pultrusion is used to manufacture structural shapes
in a continual process.
Continuous filament or strand of fibres are dipped
into resins and then pulled through a shaped heated mould (or die).
The heat of the mould cures the laminate as it goes through.

Advantages of the method:

- High cadence and productivity,

- Both sides will be smooth,

- The thickness of the parts produced will be even.
